Schools and Teams have been a very popular component of the Hair Massacure. 28 Supporting Schools and several teams have united in spirit making this event a huge success. Funds raised go to support the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation (Pediatric Oncology) and the Make A Wish Northern Alberta.

The Hair Massacure would like to invite YOUR school to be involved!!
Contact Tammy MacDonald (Driven mom and Executive Director) to set up a 20-25 minute presentation at your school. This includes a 6 minute DVD featuring the Hair Massacure, and a personal informative about the history and goals of the event. Tammy will speak from the heart, sharing her story and explain why our youth may wish to be involved and how they can make a big difference to other children.

Presentations are most recommended for November to give the school and students plenty of time to prepare with the greatest level of success. Presentations are available between September and January. Please give ample time to book your presentation.
Pledge Packages and posters will be provided for your school. A school representative will provide support to help the school organize the students, pledge forms, group pinkings (if desired) and booking in at the mall for the shave. Online Registration is available for groups and schools.
If you are going to shave together, why not pink together? Group pinkings have become increasingly popular, much like the group shaves. All of our participating salons are waiting for YOU!! Marvel College and Eveline Charles Academy have plenty of room to accommodate extra large groups if your school is significantly involved. Kali Pink is also available for purchase and can be applied at home or as a group setting.
