Our chosen charities are Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation® & Make-A-Wish® Northern Alberta. Proceeds from the Hair Massacure are divided evenly between these two charities.
Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation®
Thanks to the Stollery, our daughter Kali was able to experience the second half of her chemotherapy treatments in a more comfortable environment.
The Stollery cares primarily for children living in Northern Alberta and some of Western Canada. The hospital is decorated in fun colours and themes to make a child feel at home. There is a bed in every room for a parent to sleep overnight, and a television to make the stay more comfortable. Research, medical teams and equipment make this hospital number one in Western Canada.

Make-a-Wish® Northern Alberta
What if your sick child’s only memory of escape was this?
Imagine the power of a WISH. What if the incentive of a wish was enough to encourage a critically sick child to keep fighting? Kali’s wish was to pet a black and white dolphin. The entire family was included in the experience and speaking personally, it was life altering for all of us.
